Here is our beautiful boy Kenai. He is 6 months old. He is a very well mannered puppy, maybe because he is spoiled rotten. He is a true blue Mommy’s boy and follows me everywhere. He is great with our children. I also have a preschool and he knows he has to go inside his kennel when the kids have recess, then he is allowed out once we go in. He loves to jog with my daughter and I. He can really run very fast. He has me wrapped around his little paw! He is just so precious!

A darling!!! Maybe not all people agree, but I think the spoiling rotten is good. What a lovelely face he has!! My bestest to you and Kenai (where did the name come from? I love it!)
OK, found Kenai in alaska, I still really like the name, he has a lovely snow nose, and the cheeky but nearly wicked eyes that mine have, love those ears!!

He is beautiful, I have one that looks exactly like him, but it is a she! I found her 2 years ago in a very poor pound. She was hoping to be adopted and saved since this pound is low funded. She has the exact same coloring and we call her “Pepper”. She was so sweet and scared, but now has come out of her shell. We all love her. She loves to run as well. She is my partner on the leash. Best dog I have every had!
Beautiful pup!!! I have a Kenai too!!! Good taste in names :o) Mine is a girl though, 16 months old, and black and white!
Your Kenai is just precious!! Did you name him after Kenai, AK too, or off of Brother Bear? I get that all the time that I named her after the movie. Then I have to explain that I am actually from Alaska and wanted to give her an name from there!!

At one time I had a brother and sister and the brother “Timon” and he ended up with Cushing disease and we also figured he had a tumor in his pituitary gland, so we ended up puting him done becaue he was having one seizure after another. His sister, Meeko, was lonely, so I did purchase a brown husky and named him Pumba. She is 12 years old and he is 2 and full of life. I live in Wisconsin and we have plenty of snow and a fenced in yard so they have plenty of space to take care of the energy that they have.

She is adorable. I also have a siberian husky puppy. She is almost 10 mo old, her name is Sasha. She is well behaved, we are taking her advanced obedience class. She tries to be dominant at times, so we are still working on a few issues. She is the only puppy in the advanced class and the only husky as well.
She is enjoying our first snow in her lifetime, that she remembers….she was born in Feb 08.

I also have 2 spoiled huskies. Spirit my female and Demon my male. Spirit has the colors of Kenai, but more black around her eyes and Demon is black and white. We had to get her Demon because all she wanted to do was play with us all day. Spirit is 4 and Demon is 3. Good luck with him.
Kenai is a beauty! I know our Siberian’s favorite place to lay is on the bed amongst the pillows just like Kenai. We have a wolf gray Siberian with brown eyes. His name is Tuka. He will be 3 in January 2009. He too is spoiled but we love him so. This is the third Siberian we’ve had and I can’t image not having a Siberian to share your life with.

I have a Husky also. He is black, white, and gray. Just like Demond or one of the other Husky’s in the Disney movie “Snow Dogs”. His name is Zoos. 5 yrs old.
I have reason to believe that mine is pure bread. But I have NO papers on him as the owner prior to me did not have them. Is there a way to do a DNA on mine OR how can I get help on finding out his lineage.

I love your puppy. I can’t believe that at 6 mo. he is so big. They do grow fast, don’t they? I haven’t had a dog in a very long time and had never owned a husky…but we are getting one this Christmas…it will be not only my boys’ (they are 6 and 3)best Christmas gift but mine as well. Our puppy will be 11 weeks old and will be named Amure which stands for ‘Love’. I have been reading a lot about house training our new pup and training in general, but any advise anyone can give will be greatly appreciated. We all definitely can not wait to have our husky. Thank you for sharing your husky story with us…He is gorgeous.
Hey thts gr8 dog….i have one sib husky named marshal but black n white with blue eyes but he is juss 50 days old…..he is very adorable n very calm boy……he obeys me but sometimes try to play with me in a naughty manner…….i love him…..ur kenai is very nice…..!
Hi! My Sibe is black and white with blue eyes. She is five years old as of this last September 30th. I got her from a breader here in Arizona. She is pure with papers and all, but for the last two days has not wanted to come into the house as she likes to do everyday. I hope she is O.K. She is eating good. Her name is Mukluks meaning shoes in the Eupic Eskimo language. My first husky was named the same name when we lived in Alaka in the late 70’s.
