Which husky breeder should I adopt from?

I own 2 huskies already one I got from our animal shelter and a husky mix I got from a rescue group. But now I want to show a husky in the AKC or UKC conformation events. I looks really fun. There are 3 breeders I found in my state that are selling Siberian huskies.

Breeder # 1: This lady is selling her pups at $250 with full AKC papers. But they won't have there shots done cause they feel uncomfortable doing that. They leave at 6 wks. Parents are on site.

Breeder # 2: This guy is selling his at $800 for brown eyes & $900 for blue eyes come with full AKC papers. They receive there shots and worm med. they have 1 dog from 8 below in there bloodline. Don't show because they treat them as family pets only. They don't OFA or CERF but say there is nothing wrong with there hips and eyes anyways. Leave at 8 wks.

Breeder # 3: This lady is selling some of hers full some limited with AKC and UKC papers mine would be $700 with a show contract. She showed both parents, and both are AKC CH and the mother is UKC grand champion. Mother OFA is excellent CERF clear Father OFA is good CERF clear. and both are AKC DNA registered. Leave at 8 wks.

It would be neat to have a dog that has a bloodline of 8 below in it but breeder 3 seems to care a lot where her dogs go to seeing she made me give her a whole bunch of references.

Breeder #3 without a doubt. She cares enough to get them OFA
certified, keeps them with the mother the proper amount of time, and
the puppy comes from a blood line of dogs that have been shown
already. If she gives any kind of a guarantee I would choose her.

Breeder #1 Is letting the puppies go too soon, that tells me she may
be in it just for the money, and besides any good breeder knows
that they need their shots andwouldn'tt feel uncomfortable about it.

Breeder#2 must think he has x-ray vision in order to check their
hips and eyes, how does he know for sure? Just because hishasn'tt
been affected yetdoesn'tt mean that they wont.
Hope this helps!

I would not touch breeders #1 and #2 with a 10 foot pole. Anyone who does not do OFA or CERF and just says hips and eyes are fine is a bad breeder. Anyone who lets pups go at 6 weeks is a bad backyard breeder.

So what if a TRAINED dog from 8 below is in the bloodlines? That means diddly.

Breeder three is the best out of this line up. a link to the website might be more helpful(if she has one) in evaluating this person just on the information provided.

Whatever you do, don't buy from breeder #1!! If they don't feel comfortable having shots done, maybe they shouldn't breed. I would feel the most safe buying from breeder 3. They have had the proper tests done and the puppies seem to have excellent lines. As cool as it would be to have a dog related to 8 below, I wouldn't feel comfortable purchasing a dog that could potentially have hip problems later due to no testing. And the last thing you should do is take someone's word for it. It is really easy to lie especially if they think they can get some money out of it.
